When I settled in Marin in 1981, I thought I would never leave. As the pace and crush grew in the 90's, I headed North to Sonoma County to re-capture that feeling of being close to the country. We all have the technology, but it's what's in our hearts that sets us apart.

I am a maverick, driven to be different, hence the real estate detective was born. I began this career at RE/MAX of Southern Marin in 1994 at the ripe old age of 40 bringing my experience in small business management along with me. I had no interest in sales, although my Broker thought I was a natural. To my surprise she was right, and I have never looked back.

Born under the Zodiac sign of Taurus, I use all of my God given talents to strategize and negotiate the best deal for you. My enthusiasm and passion are contagious blending nicely with my vision to recognize possibilities and the creativity to develop them. Be it raw land, an investment property or the bread and butter residential home market - I can get the job done!

My clients are extremely loyal and have built my business for me. As a way of saying thank you, I have a generous referral program that complements my philanthropic nature. Success breeds success, but you have to give along the way. To increase my awareness of the deadly sin of greed, if I make more, I give more away. I am an avid supporter of animals, the environment and helping those in need. With each closed transaction, I send The Smile Train (they repair mouth deformities on children in third world countries) money which funds the operation for one child. At the very same time, I may be rescuing a stray dog, neutering feral cats, or giving money to the poor. My heart is bigger than my wallet, but I am working on that too.

Real estate is probably the most expensive, the most overwhelming, and the most rewarding of all the issues that face us in life. Make the most of your investment by allowing yourself the time to find the right Realtor for you.
